Good location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Jackson was exceptional! Very accommodating and welcoming! I was having a terrible night when I checked in and he made it so much better. Customer service goes a long way… brigada! :)

My stay was really nice. It’s the best hotel for solo travellers and to meet new people. Just 5min away you can find thestreet full of bars for tourists and locals. William from reception is just the best! 5 stars

I only spent one night here but I definitely liked my experience. The hostal is at a nice location in Madalena. The staff is also very nice. William helped me out with all my questions and he made me feel very welcome! :)

Bed bugs!!!! Beware there are bedbugs in the dorm rooms. Probably because no one actually changes the sheets. Overpriced. Institutional. Depressing environment. Common areas suck unless you’re paying crazy prices to access the cowork space. Truly disappointed and would not recommend.

Modern, young hostel in the most beautiful neighbourhood of São paulo. I felt very safe and comfortable right from the start. You can argue about the cleanliness and the price. However, the receptionist Jackson, made our stay unforgettable.

Great hostel with friendly staff in a really nice (and safe) location! Only downside: The shared bathrooms. The bathrooms really looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days so if that’s a big no for you, don’t come here. But literally everything else about this hostel is a 10/10!

I honestly don't know what are other reviewers are complaining about. The rooms are clean, quiet and roomy, and air conditioned. The mattresses and duvet were very confortable. Bathrooms were always clean, and always stocked with soap and shampoo, which are not much, but these details adds up! Regarding all the complain about bad service, again no clue what that was about, Felipe at the reception was more than helpful, even helped me change to a less busy room. The kitchen at the top floor was a pure bliss. And in the end of it all, the price was no more than any other of the local hostels. I will be skipping all the research and comming straight here from the airport the next time I am in SP!

Absolute nightmare. Had I not been ill, I would’ve checked out immediately. I have stayed at other Selinas and this one is by far the worst & quite overpriced for the service you will receive. I stayed in both shared dorms and a private …
